Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 days. Shipments or deliveries may be delayed due to weekends and holidays. if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and expect any delays. We will communicate these changes.

Shipment Confirmation & Duties/Taxes

Our customers receive a shipment confirmation after their order is placed. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at kyle@gripongolf.com or the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
