All orders are processed and shipped from our retail location in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Purolator (when applicable)

Local Pickup

Customers located near Windsor, Ontario may choose to pick up their order at our retail store when available. If local pickup is selected, you will receive a notification when your order is ready.

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
